Background

At Bechtel, he led organisation development for all of Europe, including a programme critical to the UK Ministry of Defence, as well as projects with clients including Crossrail, HS2, Sellafield, Gatwick, Babcock, Velocys and the Government of North Macedonia.

He works with senior leadership teams when change is underway and alignment really matters, helping leaders name what’s often difficult to say (misalignment, competing priorities and unspoken tensions) and turn it into clarity and practical momentum.

His approach draws on a background in anthropology: understanding how organisations actually behave under pressure, not how the org chart says they should.

He is typically brought in as an external partner when internal teams need a trusted, neutral perspective. Clients value his ability to combine rigour with empathy, ask the questions that matter, and create the conditions for honest, productive leadership conversations, without escalating drama or adding unnecessary process.

How We Work

Four commitments you can hold us to.

Clarity.

You get an honest, bird’s-eye view of what’s really happening, even when it’s inconvenient.

Collaboration.

Your leaders own the change, so it lasts after we step back.

Care.

People stay at the centre of the work, however complex the change, and what’s said in the room stays in the room.

Credibility.

Recommendations are grounded in evidence, not opinion, and we only take on work where we can genuinely help.
