What It Involves
We use Silver Bird’s proprietary diagnostics (SABLE for culture, SOAR for organisation design and SORIAL for strategy execution) alongside data-driven culture mapping through our partnership with Mindset Management. You see where alignment is holding and where it isn’t, grounded in evidence rather than opinion.
What it involves for your team: 1–3 confidential interviews with senior leaders and a 15–30 minute survey, over about 6 weeks. Findings go to the sponsoring leader first, so you decide how and when they are shared.
What you receive: a written findings report and a debrief with the sponsoring leader.
Fee: fixed, agreed upfront.
